Licensed Practical Nurse - LPN

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse - LPN to join our team at Genesis Healthcare's Montgomeryville Center. As an LPN, you will play a crucial role in improving the lives of our patients and residents on a daily basis. You will work alongside a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality care, monitor patient conditions, administer medications, and contribute to care planning.

Position Highlights

• Provide efficient nursing care to achieve positive clinical outcomes and patient satisfaction.
• Conduct patient evaluations, monitor conditions, and communicate changes.
• Participate in assessments and care planning.
• Supervise and support unlicensed staff in patient care.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.

Requirements

• Graduate of an approved practical or vocational nursing school.
• Current or pending State Board of Nursing LPN licensure.
• Preferably experience in rehabilitative or geriatric nursing.
• Current BLS/CPR certification.
