Licensed Practical Nurse - LPN

Job Description

Genesis Health is seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Cedar Ridge on a full-time basis. As an LPN, you will work under the direction of a Registered Nurse to deliver high-quality nursing care, administer medications, and supervise patient care. You will have the opportunity to contribute to care planning and ensure positive clinical outcomes for patients and their families.

Position Highlights

• Evaluate patients/residents, collect data, and monitor condition changes.
• Administer medications and treatments as per physician orders.
• Supervise and oversee patient care provided by unlicensed staff.

Requirements

• Graduate of an approved school for practical or vocational nursing.
• Current or pending LPN licensure by the State Board of Nursing.
• Current BLS/CPR certification (if required).
