Licensed Practical Nurse - LPN

Job Description

Genesis Healthcare is looking for a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team. As an LPN, you will work under the direction of a Registered Nurse (RN) to deliver high-quality nursing care, promote positive clinical outcomes, and ensure patient/family satisfaction.

Position Highlights

• Assess patients/residents, monitor conditions, and report changes.
• Contribute to care planning and implement nursing assessments.
• Administer medications and treatments following physician orders.
• Supervise and oversee unlicensed staff in providing patient care.

Requirements

• Graduate of an approved practical or vocational nursing program.
• Current or pending LPN licensure by the State Board of Nursing.
• Maintain current BLS/CPR certification as required.
