Job Description
We are looking for experienced Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join ChristianaCare's HomeHealth team. As an LPN in this role, you will provide skilled nursing care to geriatric patients in the community, implement care plans, and contribute to patient discharge planning. This position offers flexible work schedules, competitive hourly pay ranging from $22.00 to $28.00, and a range of benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401(k), and tuition assistance.
Responsibilities
