Genesis Health is currently seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Montgomeryville Center. As an LPN, you will have the opportunity to change lives, build meaningful relationships with patients and families, and work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to achieve positive clinical outcomes.

Position Highlights

• Deliver efficient nursing care with a focus on patient/family satisfaction.
• Conduct patient assessments, monitor conditions, and report changes.
• Contribute to care planning and supervise unlicensed staff.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.

Requirements

• Graduate of an approved school for practical or vocational nursing.
• Current or pending LPN licensure.
• Preferably experienced in rehabilitative or geriatric nursing.
• Current BLS/CPR certification required.
