Job Description

We are looking for a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Sanatoga Center in Pottstown. As an LPN, you will have the opportunity to provide quality care to our patients/residents, collaborate with the nursing team, administer medications, delegate patient care responsibilities, and communicate effectively to ensure the well-being of those in our care.

Position Highlights

• Perform nursing assessments and develop effective care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments.
• Delegate patient care responsibilities and supervise staff.
• Communicate patient information with assigned staff and between shifts.
