Licensed Practical Nurse - Primary Care LPN

Job Description

We are looking for a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our Primary Care team at The University of Vermont Health Network. As an LPN II, you will play a crucial role in providing optimal patient care, maintaining professionalism, and collaborating effectively with the clinical team.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care under the supervision of the Clinical Coordinator and providers.
• Maintain a high level of knowledge and accessibility to patients.
• Work collaboratively with other staff members and ensure confidentiality.

Requirements

• Graduate from an approved Professional Nursing Education Program.
• Current LPN licensure or compact licensure recognized by the State of Vermont.
• One to three years of hospital or office nursing experience.
• BLS training preferred.
