Job Description
We are looking for a Licensed Practical Nurse to join our dedicated team at Genesis Healthcare. In this role, you will work under the direction of a Registered Nurse to deliver efficient nursing care and contribute to positive clinical outcomes. As part of our team, you will have the opportunity to evaluate patients, administer medications, and supervise patient care provided by unlicensed staff.
Position Highlights
- Evaluate patients/residents, observe conditions, and report changes.
- Contribute to nursing assessments and care planning.
- Administer medications and treatments as per physician orders.
- Supervise and monitor patient care provided by unlicensed staff.
Requirements
- Graduate of an approved school for practical or vocational nursing.
- Current State Board of Nursing license or pending licensure.
- Maintain current BLS/CPR certification.
