New Western is seeking a Licensed Real Estate Agent to join our team as an Acquisition Agent. If you have a minimum of 2 years of experience in residential real estate and possess a keen eye for investment opportunities, we want to hear from you. As an Acquisition Agent, you will leverage your knowledge and skills in real estate to identify and acquire off-market and on-market properties that align with our investment criteria.

Responsibilities

• Utilize market expertise to identify valuable real estate opportunities.
• Negotiate favorable purchase terms to maximize investment returns.
• Collaborate with our in-house marketing team to capitalize on generated leads.
• Work closely with a network of sales agents to facilitate property sales.

Requirements

• Active Alabama real estate license.
• Proven track record in real estate acquisition or sales.
• Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and drive results on a commission basis.
• Excellent communication and analytical abilities.
