We are seeking a Licensed Real Estate Agent to join our team at New Western. As an Acquisition Agent, you will leverage your experience and passion for real estate to acquire properties on and off the market. This role requires a high-performance mindset, exceptional negotiation skills, and the ability to analyze market trends effectively.

Responsibilities

• Acquire off-market and on-market properties to add to our inventory.
• Utilize your deal-making and negotiation skills to secure profitable transactions.
• Analyze data and market trends to identify lucrative investment opportunities.
• Maintain polished interpersonal communication skills in all interactions with clients and partners.

Requirements

• Active Alabama real estate license.
• Strong accountability for work and results.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work as an independent contractor on a 100% commission basis.
