Job Description
New Western is seeking a licensed Real Estate Agent with a minimum of 2 years of experience in the residential real estate industry to join our team as an Acquisition Agent. As an Acquisition Agent, you will leverage your knowledge of terms like ARV, BRRRR, and Wholesaling to identify potential properties for acquisition. By utilizing our resources such as purchasing power, leads, established wholesale relationships, and proprietary software, you will work to add both off-market and on-market properties to our inventory.
