Summary of Position

As a Line Cook, you will be responsible for accurately and efficiently preparing a variety of meats, seafood, poultry, vegetables, and other food items. Your role will involve cooking on different kitchen equipment, ensuring quality, adhering to portion sizes, maintaining cleanliness, and collaborating with the kitchen team for a seamless service period.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Prepare meats, seafood, vegetables, and other food items for cooking.
  • Ensure the quality of products served meets our standards.
  • Maintain food product levels for efficient service.
  • Follow portion sizes and recipe specifications.
  • Maintain cleanliness in the work station and kitchen equipment.
  • Assist in food preparation during off-peak times.
  • Contribute to kitchen closing tasks and attend employee meetings.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by Kitchen Manager or manager-on-duty.
