Job Description

The University of Vermont Health Network is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) to join our Memory Care Unit at Helen Porter Rehabilitation & Nursing. As an LNA, you will work under the direction of the Staff Nurse to provide essential personal care and support services to our residents with dementia. Excellent communication skills, teamwork, and empathy are essential qualities for this position.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver basic personal care and specific aspects of patient care.
  • Provide responsive communication and support to residents.

Requirements

  • State of Vermont LNA license.
  • Strong customer service and communication skills.
