Job Description
The University of Vermont Health Network is seeking a Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) for the Post Acute Unit at Helen Porter Rehabilitation & Nursing. As an LNA, you will work collaboratively under the direction of the Staff Nurse to provide basic personal care support and specific aspects of patient care. This role requires excellent customer service, communication skills, and the ability to work as part of a team to ensure the well-being of our residents.
Requirements
- High school graduate or equivalent.
- State of Vermont LNA license.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work respectfully and effectively in a team environment.
