Aveanna Healthcare is currently hiring experienced and dedicated nurses (LPNs and RNs) in Pittsburgh's North Oakland area (15213). This contract position offers a unique opportunity to work in a school-based, family-oriented environment where nearly 25% of students participate in the Residential Program. The program aims to provide a home-like atmosphere to help students thrive. Students engage in various activities such as performances, horticulture, daily living skills, sports, and arts and crafts.

Your Role

If selected, you will join a team of qualified staff providing compassionate clinical care to students, including med passes, assistance with ADLs, Trach/Vent, and G-tube care. The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with students, strong communication skills, and the ability to collaborate with teachers and school staff.

Available Shifts

Sunday-Thursday: 3p-11p & 11p-7a. Multiple positions for evening and night shifts are open immediately, but vacancies are limited. Apply today to learn more!

Required Documents/Clearances

Required documents include an updated resume, active nursing license, FBI fingerprints (within the past year), Child Abuse clearance (within the past year), BLS CPR certification (hands-on and current), and proof of residency.
