Job Description
We are looking for experienced and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our Home Health team at ChristianaCare. As an LPN in our Home Health division, you will have the opportunity to provide skilled nursing care to geriatric patients in the community, implement care plans, and participate in discharge planning. Responsibilities
- Provide skilled nursing care and treatments to geriatric patients in the community.

Requirements

- Current DE LPN license or compact state license.
