Job Description
Genesis Healthcare is seeking Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our team at Pottstown Nursing and Rehab. As an LPN, you will work under the direction of Registered Nurses to provide efficient nursing care and ensure positive clinical outcomes and patient satisfaction.
Position Highlights
- Evaluate patients/residents, collect data, and monitor condition changes.
- Contribute to nursing assessments and care planning.
- Administer medications and treatments as per physician orders.
- Supervise and monitor patient care provided by unlicensed staff.

Requirements
- Graduate of an approved school for practical or vocational nursing.
