Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join Genesis Health. As an LPN, you will work under the supervision of Registered Nurses (RN) to provide efficient nursing care, help with assessments, medication administration, and supervision of patient care. Position Highlights
- Evaluate patients/residents, observe conditions, and report changes.
- Contribute to care planning and nursing assessments.
- Administer medications and treatments as directed.
- Supervise and monitor unlicensed staff in patient care.
Qualifications
- Graduate from an approved school for practical nursing.
- Licensed by the State Board of Nursing or pending licensure.
- Current BLS/CPR certification required.
