Job Description

Genesis Health is seeking a full-time Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join the team at Willows Center. This position offers night shifts with twelve-hour rotations, including every other weekend.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients/residents, observe conditions, and report changes.
• Contribute to nursing assessments and care planning.
• Administer medications and treatments as per physician orders.
• Supervise and monitor patient care by unlicensed staff.

Requirements

• Graduate of an approved school for practical or vocational nursing.
• Current or pending licensure by the State Board of Nursing.
• Maintain current BLS/CPR certification.
