Job Description
We are seeking a Manager, Field Analytics and Operations, Oncology/Incentive Compensation to join Jazz Pharmaceuticals, a global biopharmaceutical company dedicated to transforming patient lives. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering field force analytics and operational effectiveness to support the ONC BU under the US Business Operations and Analytics department. Your responsibilities will include field target planning, alignment, process optimization, analytics, performance measurement, data solutions, and incentive compensation management.
Responsibilities
- Support field force strategies including customer targeting, call planning, and performance evaluation.
- Design and implement field force reporting and analysis tools.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders and cross-functional teams for project delivery.
- Communicate incentive compensation details to field-based teams and sales leadership.
- Partner with US Data Strategy and Commercial IS teams for data and technology enhancements.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree required, Master's Degree preferred.
- Experience with pharmaceutical data platforms like IQVIA and Symphony.
- Proficiency in Tableau, Alteryx, Veeva, and MDM is advantageous.
- Ability to work with large datasets and develop data insights.
- 3+ years of experience in sales operations or analytics in the pharmaceutical industry.
