Job Description
We are seeking a talented individual to join Jazz Pharmaceuticals as a Manager, GCDO Business & Technology Capabilities. In this role, you will demonstrate a deep understanding of the Clinical Development process and associated technologies to support Global Clinical Development Operations (GCDO). Your responsibilities will include designing, developing, producing, delivering, and supporting digital systems and technologies critical to the success of clinical trials and research activities within the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design and delivery of digital systems to enhance operational efficiency and data quality in GCDO.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and manage technology solutions.
- Act as an expert advisor on technology solutions to optimize trial performance.
- Identify and evaluate new technologies for implementation to enhance GCDO capabilities.
- Maintain and manage digital systems, ensuring their effectiveness and relevance to GCDO operations.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in clinical digital systems and analytics tools (e.g., CTMS, EDC, data analytics).
- Extensive experience in clinical trial management and operations.
- Strong project management and training abilities.
- Familiarity with analytics platforms like Tableau, SQL, SAS, etc.
- Knowledge of pharmaceutical industry practices and regulations.
Education and Experience
- Minimum of a BA/BS in healthcare, technology, or related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in clinical technology within the pharmaceutical industry.
- Understanding of FDA and ICH guidelines on clinical trial data management.
