Manager, GCDO Business & Technology Capabilities

Job Description

We are seeking a talented individual to join Jazz Pharmaceuticals as the Manager of GCDO Business & Technology Capabilities. In this role, you will lead the design, development, and support of digital systems and technologies that are crucial for Global Clinical Development Operations and Research & Development functions. You will collaborate with diverse stakeholders, drive operational excellence, optimize data quality, and identify new technologies to enhance trial performance.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, development, and delivery of digital systems for GCDO
• Collaborate with key departments to implement and manage digital systems and technology solutions
• Act as an expert advisor on technology solutions and analytics to improve trial performance
• Identify and implement new technologies relevant to GCDO
• Manage and review digital systems and optimize their utilization
• Lead cross-functional projects representing GCDO Business & Technology Capabilities

Requirements:

• IT proficiency with a focus on digital systems and technologies
• Experience in clinical trials management and technology design
• Familiarity with analytics platforms and programming capabilities
• Extensive experience in the pharmaceutical or related industry
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and prioritize workload effectively

Education and Licenses:

• BA/BS in scientific/healthcare or technology field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in clinical technology for pharmaceutical/biotechnology industry
• Knowledge of FDA/ICH guidelines and industry standard practices
• Working knowledge of FDA Guidance Documents and 21 C.F.R. Part 11
