Job Description

We are looking for a Manager in Training to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Manager Trainee, you will undergo comprehensive training in all aspects of store management to prepare you for a leadership role. You will be responsible for supervising daily store operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, managing staffing needs, and developing operational strategies while mentoring your team.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day store activities to deliver top-notch customer service.
• Communicate and uphold the company's core values to foster team collaboration.
• Manage store personnel, including hiring, scheduling, and performance evaluations.
• Ensure store profitability by achieving budget goals and controlling expenses.
• Maintain a safe and organized store environment for employees and customers.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of retail experience with prior management preferred.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team setting.
• Knowledge of budget management and operational efficiency.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
