We are looking for a motivated Manager in Training to join our dynamic team at Aldi. As a Store Manager Trainee, you will undergo comprehensive training to prepare you for successfully managing a store. Your responsibilities will include overseeing daily store operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, managing team schedules, and developing operational plans while mentoring your team.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Estimated Hours: 45 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $26.25 per hour
• Earning Potential Year 1: Up to $70,750

Requirements

• At least 21 years old.
• Ability to work independently and in a team setting.
• Demonstrated leadership and customer service skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Previous experience in retail management preferred.
