Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Manager in Training to join our team at Aldi. In this role, you will train extensively to learn all aspects of successfully managing a store in preparation for advancing to your own store management position. Your responsibilities will include supervising day-to-day store operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, managing schedules, developing operational plans, and mentoring the team.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Estimated Hours: 45 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $27.50 per hour
• Earning Potential (Year 1): Up to $105,000 (inclusive of salary and bonus)

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate and uphold ALDI core values and competencies in daily operations.
• Supervise team performance to deliver excellent customer service.
• Implement company strategy and foster teamwork among employees.
• Manage staffing, schedules, and operational tasks.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years experience in a retail environment.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to interpret and implement company policies.
• Prior management experience preferred.
