Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated individual to join ALDI as a Manager in Training. In this role, you will receive comprehensive training to prepare you for successfully managing a store. You will supervise daily store operations, ensure exceptional customer service, manage staffing needs, and develop operational strategies while mentoring your team.

Starting Wage

$26.25 per hour

Earning Potential (Year 1)

Up to $102,000 (inclusive of salary and bonus, location-dependent)

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's core values and competencies

• Manage staffing, schedules, and training

Requirements

• 18 years or older
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Strong customer service and leadership skills
• Experience in retail management preferred
