Master Plumber

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Master Plumber to join our team at Engineering Excellence - Berkshire in Leesport, PA. As a Master Plumber, you will be responsible for performing diagnostic, service, and installation of plumbing in residential and light-commercial environments. You will ensure work is in compliance with relevant codes, resolve customer problems, and promote products and services.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze, diagnose, and resolve customer problems professionally and accurately.
• Maintain and repair plumbing systems, including carrying out replacements and installations.
• Assemble and install pipe sections, tubing, fittings, valves, and appliances using appropriate tools.
• Review blueprints, interpret drawings, and plan installations in line with specifications.
• Conduct tests, detect leaks, direct helpers, ensure compliance with regulations, and maintain company property.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with extensive plumbing training.
• Seven years' experience in plumbing repair, maintenance, and installation.
• Plumbing and/or gas license as required by regulations, along with EPA and safety certifications.
• Proficient mechanical aptitude, knowledge of tools, and machinery used in plumbing work.
• Basic mathematical skills, ability to read diagrams, troubleshoot problems, and communicate effectively.
