Mechanical Technician

Job Description

We are looking for a talented Mechanical Technician to join Cargill's protein and salt business in Fort Morgan, CO. As part of a global team committed to safe and sustainable practices, you will play a vital role in maintaining and optimizing mechanical equipment to ensure operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain mechanical equipment following safety protocols.
• Perform preventative maintenance tasks and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues.
• Adhere to safety regulations and contribute to the development of safety practices.
• Collaborate closely with the Maintenance Supervisor to address maintenance needs efficiently.

Requirements

• Availability to work weekends and in a 4-day work week with 12-hour shifts.
• Legal eligibility to work in the United States without Visa Sponsorship.
• Mechanical Aptitude test completion and fluency in English.
• Prior work experience in a mechanical maintenance role.
