The University of Vermont Health Network is looking for a motivated MRI Supervisor to lead our dynamic team in the Radiology Department. As a Team Leader for the MRI Team, you will oversee technical operations, ensure compliance, assist in employee scheduling, participate in the hiring process, and maintain a safe and effective patient care environment. This role requires advanced certification in MRI, a minimum of 3 years of experience in the field, and strong supervisory and communication skills. Key Responsibilities

• Manage technical and compliance aspects of MRI operations
• Assist in scheduling employees to meet patient volume needs
• Participate in hiring new staff members
• Ensure safe patient care and efficient workflow
• Provide guidance to staff and facilitate collaboration
• Participate in weekend on-call rotation

Requirements

• Associate's Degree in an approved Radiographic Program preferred
• Advanced certification in MRI
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience
• Supervisory skills/experience preferred
• Effective communication and interpersonal abilities
