Job Description

We are looking for a passionate and caring New Graduate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join Aveanna Healthcare, the largest home health care company in the U.S. As an LPN, you will be responsible for providing skilled nursing care to patients in the home setting, bridging the gap between education and real-life nursing practice.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-to-one patient care in a home environment.
• Administer prescribed medication, treatments, and therapies.
• Document all care provided in a timely manner.
• Participate in developing and updating nursing care plans.
• Educate patients and families on self-care techniques and disease prevention.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Current, unrestricted state license as a Licensed Nurse.
• CPR certification.
• Proficiency in clinical assessments and documentation.
• Attention to detail and excellent time management.

Preferred Skills

Six months of recent clinical care experience and home health experience are advantageous. Strong problem-solving and communication skills are a plus.
