Responsibilities

  • Manage a diverse patient panel at an employer on-site clinic, addressing a range of healthcare needs.
  • Perform acute, chronic, and preventive care visits both in-office and virtually.
  • Engage in continuous learning and professional development through Clinical Rounds and other educational opportunities.
  • Collaborate with on-site and virtual clinical teams to deliver comprehensive patient care.
  • Leverage your clinical expertise to perform in-office procedures and provide evidence-based primary care.

Requirements

  • Completion of an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program with national certification.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in outpatient primary care within the last 5 years, or equivalent combination of experience and training.
  • New York state licensure required by start date.
  • Demonstrated passion for patient-centered care, effective communication skills, and proficiency in using technology for healthcare delivery.
