Jazz Pharmaceuticals is seeking an Oncology Account Manager to promote its products and develop business relationships with specialists in the assigned area. The role involves implementing marketing strategies, achieving sales targets, and fostering strong professional relationships.

Responsibilities:

  • Promote Jazz Pharmaceuticals' Adult Oncology products to healthcare providers in the designated area.
  • Educate physicians and health professionals about the company's products.
  • Analyze the territory to understand prescribing processes and identify key healthcare providers.
  • Develop and implement business plans within the established timeline.
  • Maintain strong relationships and support the company's sales strategy.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Previous experience in Oncology sales preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of relevant products and disease states.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to travel as needed.

Preferred Experience:

  • Post-graduate business study preferred.
  • 5 years of pharmaceutical specialty sales or 3 years of Oncology sales experience required.
  • Experience with Hematology and/or Solid tumors highly desired.
  • Previous experience in Community Oncology practice.

Physical Demands:

  • Frequent travel between sites.
  • Regular use of computer and office machinery.
  • Work Environment:
  • Interactions with external contacts.
  • Varying work hours required based on business needs.

Jazz Pharmaceuticals is an equal opportunity employer offering a competitive compensation package. For US-based candidates, the base pay range for this position is $128,000-$192,000, with additional benefits, bonuses, and equity options available.
