Jazz Pharmaceuticals is seeking a dynamic and experienced Oncology Business Manager to join our Market Access team. In this role, you will be responsible for establishing and managing business relationships within health systems and oncology practices to ensure access to Jazz Oncology products. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership, strategic thinking, and collaboration skills.

Position Objectives:

  • Develop and execute business plans focusing on key areas such as group purchasing organizations, health economics, and reimbursement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional partners to achieve Oncology brand objectives and educate on access to Jazz Oncology portfolio.
  • Position Jazz Oncology as a preferred partner for initiatives and build lasting relationships with key stakeholders.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Optimize engagements with strategic oncology accounts in multiple care settings.
  • Lead the development of account-level strategic plans to ensure optimal access for Jazz Oncology products.
  • Communicate account plans and insights to inform access strategy for all Channel segments.
  • Build key business relationships with healthcare decision-makers and support field-based teams.

Skills / Competencies required:

  • Bachelor’s Degree with 10+ years of relevant industry experience.
  • Prior experience with Oncology Practice Network accounts/Health Systems and Group Purchasing Organizations.
  • Strong understanding of Oncology business, reimbursement models, and health care ecosystems.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to prioritize and navigate complex healthcare environments.
  • Travel required up to 40% of the time.

Description of Physical Demands:

  • Frequent travel for field responsibilities and management meetings.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other Jazz designated business applications.
