Oncology Business Manager (Pacific Northwest) at Jazz Pharmaceuticals

We are seeking an Oncology Business Manager for Market Access in Palo Alto, California. As an Oncology Business Manager, you will lead the establishment and management of business relationships within health systems and community oncology practices to ensure access to Jazz Oncology products.

Position Objectives

  • Develop and execute business plans focusing on group purchasing organizations, contracting, health economics, and reimbursement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional partners to educate on access to Jazz Oncology portfolio.
  • Position Jazz Oncology as a preferred partner to support patient needs.

Position Responsibilities

  • Optimize engagements with strategic oncology accounts.
  • Develop account-level strategic plans to ensure optimal access for Jazz Oncology products.
  • Communicate account plans and insights to inform access strategy.
  • Build key business relationships with healthcare decision makers.
  • Collaborate with internal partners to deliver on Jazz Oncology priorities.
  • Educate on distribution and access of Jazz Oncology products.

Skills / Competencies required

  • Bachelor's Degree, with 10+ years of industry-related experience.
  • Experience in Oncology Practice Network accounts and Health Systems.
  • Strong account management knowledge and understanding of reimbursement models.
  • Knowledge of the healthcare ecosystem and EMR systems.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
