Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented Operations Supervisor I to join the team at our Denver, CO location. ABF Freight, a leading LTL carrier under the ArcBest umbrella, is seeking dedicated individuals to oversee the efficient loading/unloading of freight and ensure the safety and timeliness of operations.

General Description of Duties

• Plan, supervise, and control resources for timely, damage-free, and safe loading/unloading of freight.
• Maintain load plans and ensure safe vehicle operation.
• Assign job tasks, provide training, and monitor performance of workers.
• Ensure a clean, safe working environment and safe handling of hazardous materials.
• Support a values-driven culture focused on integrity, collaboration, and growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; experience in transportation or related fields desired.
• Supervisory experience and knowledge of proper freight handling techniques.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
