Job Description
We are looking for dedicated individuals to join our team at ALDI as Part-Time Cashiers and Stockers. As a Cashier, you will provide excellent customer service, process purchases, and maintain a clean shopping environment. Stockers are responsible for ensuring shelves are stocked, products are rotated correctly, and the store is well organized. Both roles involve collaboration with team members and following company policies and procedures.
Responsibilities
Cashier Responsibilities:
- Process customer purchases and maintain cleanliness.
- Assist customers and provide feedback on products.
- Adhere to cash policies and minimize losses.
Stocker Responsibilities:
- Stock shelves, rotate products, and follow merchandising guidelines.
- Operate machinery safely and maintain inventory accuracy.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a team and uphold company standards.
- Prior retail experience is preferred.
Education and Experience
High school diploma or equivalent is preferred. Previous work experience in retail is an advantage. Knowledge of ALDI's products and services is beneficial.
