Part-Time Stocker/Cashier

Job Description

We are looking for a Part-Time Stocker/Cashier to join our collaborative team at ALDI. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to enhance the ALDI customer shopping experience by operating registers, stocking shelves, maintaining store appearance, and providing exceptional customer service.

Position Details

• Job Type: Part-Time
• Average Hours: Fewer than 30 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with team members and communicate relevant information to leaders.
• Uphold security and confidentiality standards.
• Perform cashier duties efficiently, maintain cleanliness, stock shelves, and provide excellent customer service.
• Operate machinery safely and follow all procedures.
• Stock inventory, rotate products, organize new stock, and manage merchandising displays.

Qualifications

• Minimum age requirement: 18 years old.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work both independently and within a team.
• Efficient time management and knowledge of retail products.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is beneficial.
• Combination of education and experience equivalent to required knowledge.
