Part-Time Stocker/Cashier

Job Description

We are looking for a Part-Time Stocker/Cashier to join our team at ALDI. In this role, you will enhance the shopping experience for our customers by operating registers, stocking shelves, maintaining store appearance, and providing excellent service. This position offers variety and new challenges every day in a collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with leaders
• Maintain security and confidentiality of documents and data
• Operate machinery, process customer purchases, and stock shelves neatly
• Provide exceptional customer service and feedback to management
• Follow safety procedures, rotate products, and create well-merchandised displays

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older
• Excellent communication skills and customer service abilities
• Ability to interpret and apply company policies
• Effective time management and teamwork skills
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior retail experience is a plus
