Job Description

We are looking for a Part-Time Stocker/Cashier to enrich the shopping experience at Aldi. As a vital member of our team, you will handle cash register operations, stock shelves, maintain store appearance, and assist customers. This role offers variety each day and the opportunity to work in a collaborative team environment.

Position Details

• Position Type: Part-Time
• Average Hours: Fewer than 30 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Collaborate and communicate effectively within the team.
• Maintain document security and confidentiality.
• Execute cashier or stocker duties as assigned.

Cashier Responsibilities

• Process purchases, stock merchandise, and provide exceptional customer service.
• Report on inventory, product issues, and adhere to cash handling policies.

Stocker Responsibilities

• Stock shelves, rotate products, and create appealing displays.
• Operate machinery safely and follow all protocols.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to offer prompt, courteous customer service.
• Effective communication skills and the ability to work in a team.
• High school diploma preferred; retail experience a plus.
