Job Description

Join our team at Aldi as a Part-Time Stocker/Cashier and play a vital role in enhancing the customer shopping experience. As a Stocker, you will be responsible for stocking shelves, rotating products, creating visually appealing displays, and operating machinery following safety guidelines. Cashiers will process customer purchases, provide excellent customer service, and ensure cash policies are adhered to.

Position Details

• Part-Time role with fewer than 30 hours per week.
• Starting Wage: $18.00 per hour.

Responsibilities

Cashier

• Process customer purchases and provide exceptional service.
• Monitor inventory accuracy and participate in store counts.
• Adhere to cash handling policies to minimize losses.

Stocker

• Stock shelves, rotate products, and maintain a neat sales floor.
• Create attractive merchandise displays following planograms.
• Operate equipment safely and efficiently.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to provide outstanding customer service.
• Effective communication and team collaboration skills.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
