Join the ALDI team as a Part-Time Store Cashier/Stocker and contribute to enhancing the shopping experience for our valued customers. As a Cashier or Stocker, you will play a vital role by operating registers, stocking shelves, maintaining store appearance, and providing excellent customer service.

Position Details

• Position Type: Part-Time
• Average Hours: Fewer than 30 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with leaders.
• Perform cashier duties such as processing purchases, stocking merchandise, and ensuring exceptional customer service.
• Execute stocking tasks including product rotation, merchandising, and maintaining a safe working environment.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures to ensure operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Demonstrate prompt and courteous customer service.
• Ability to follow cleaning standards and company guidelines.
• Excellent communication skills and teamwork capabilities.
• Effective time management and product knowledge.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Retail experience is a plus.
• Physical ability to lift and move stock.
• Operate equipment safely and efficiently.
