Job Description

We are looking for a diligent Part-Time Store Cashier/Stocker to join our team at Aldi. As a Cashier/Stocker, you will play a vital role in enhancing the shopping experience for our customers. Your responsibilities will include operating registers, stocking shelves, maintaining store appearance, and providing exceptional customer service. This position offers variety and new challenges daily in a collaborative team environment.

Position Details

• Position Type: Part-Time
• Average Hours: Fewer than 30 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.50 per hour

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with team members and communicate relevant information to direct leaders.

• Uphold the security and confidentiality of documents and data.

• Cashier Responsibilities: Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, stock shelves, provide exceptional service, and adhere to cash policies.

• Stocker Responsibilities: Stock shelves, rotate products, create merchandised displays, operate machinery, and follow safety procedures.

Requirements

• 18 years of age or older.

• Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service.

• Effective communication, teamwork, and time management skills.

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

• Cashier: Ability to operate a cash register efficiently and handle alcoholic beverages.

• Stocker: Ability to operate equipment safely and properly.
