Part-Time Store Cashier/Stocker

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Part-Time Store Cashier/Stocker to join our team at Aldi. As a Cashier or Stocker, you will play a vital role in enhancing the customer shopping experience by operating registers, stocking shelves, ensuring store cleanliness, and delivering exceptional service to our customers.

Position Details

• Job Type: Part-Time
• Average Hours: Fewer than 30 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $16.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with the direct leader.
• Maintain security and confidentiality of documents and data.
• Perform cashier duties including processing purchases and providing excellent customer service.
• Conduct stocking duties such as rotating products, following merchandising guidelines, and organizing inventory.
• Operate machinery and ensure adherence to safety procedures.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Effective time management and adherence to company policies.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is advantageous.
• A combination of education and experience is considered.
