Responsibilities

• Assist patients with daily activities like bathing, dressing, eating, and other ADLs under moderate supervision.
• Observe patients' progress, prepare reports, and collect specimens for lab tests.
• Record vital signs, provide basic patient transport, and assist with housekeeping duties.
• Measure and record patients' intake/output, assist with range of motion, and adhere to unit routines.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Basic Life Support certification.
