Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Patient Care Tech (PCT) to join our team at Hillcrest Medical Center in Tulsa, OK. This full-time position offers great benefits and the opportunity to work night shifts in the Medical Surgical department.

Responsibilities

• Support registered nurses in providing safe and compassionate patient care.
• Document patient data, report observations, and ensure patient safety measures.
• Take and record vital signs, monitor patient conditions, and assist with mobility and basic tasks.
• Maintain a clean and safe patient environment, assist with housekeeping, and help with room preparation.
• Participate in Purposeful Hourly Rounding, perform direct patient care duties, and provide clerical support as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Basic Life Support certification.
• Competency in at least two general areas of practice.
• Preferred qualifications include experience in acute or long-term care, CNA/PCT/paramedic certification, and proficiency in phlebotomy.
