Jazz Pharmaceuticals is seeking a National Payer Account Executive - Medicaid to manage relationships with assigned Fee for Service and Managed Medicaid accounts. The role involves collaborating with internal teams to ensure appropriate access for Jazz's product portfolio and developing market access strategies. The ideal candidate should have extensive pharma/biopharmaceutical experience, leadership skills, and a strong understanding of healthcare and reimbursement issues.

Responsibilities

• Execute market access strategies for Jazz products within assigned Medicaid accounts.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to optimize reimbursement support services.
• Develop and maintain detailed account plans for target payers.
• Negotiate rebate agreements consistent with Jazz contracting guidelines.

Requirements

• At least 10 years of pharma/biopharmaceutical experience.
• Leadership experience in a direct management role.
• Proficiency in healthcare, payers, and compliance laws.
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-organizational projects.
