Salary Range: $50,180 - $68,800 annually

At VASA Fitness, we are looking for a passionate and dedicated Personal Fitness Team Lead to join our dynamic team. As a Personal Training Lead (PTL), you will play a crucial role in advancing our personal training business and ensuring that our members achieve their fitness goals.

Responsibilities

• Build and develop a high-performing personal training team.
• Increase acquisition of new personal training clients and improve retention.
• Facilitate and adjust programming to meet individual client needs.
• Create an inclusive and approachable environment for members and clients.
• Provide continuous support and resources for personal trainers and clients.
• Coach personal trainers on consultations and sales processes.
• Work towards achieving monthly sales targets.
