We are currently looking for a motivated Personal Fitness Team Lead to join VASA Fitness. As the Personal Training Lead (PTL), you will be responsible for driving the personal training business at the club to exceed fitness financial targets. Your role will involve building and nurturing a high-performing team dedicated to helping members achieve their fitness goals while delivering an exceptional experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Recruit, train, and lead a top-performing personal training team, emphasizing VASA's core values and fostering accountability.
• Boost acquisition of new clients and enhance retention rates.
• Guide a flexible team capable of adapting programs to meet individual client needs and ensuring exceptional client care throughout their fitness journey.
• Create a welcoming and interactive environment within the Personal Training Cage, promoting engagement with members, clients, and guests.
• Ensure long-term client satisfaction by providing value-added services, maintaining clean training spaces, and encouraging ongoing growth for both trainers and clients.
• Build a supportive community among personal trainers and clients by offering resources for development and fostering meaningful relationships.
• Develop personal relationships with VASA members to attract new clients and drive sales.
• Provide guidance to trainers on consultations and appropriate training packages based on client goals.
• Collaborate with the team to achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to the club's success.
