Compensation: Base Rate: $18.00 - $24.00 per hour. Total Compensation Range: $50,180 - $68,800 annually

At VASA Fitness, we are looking for a dedicated Personal Fitness Team Lead who will be responsible for advancing the personal training business to exceed fitness financial targets at their club. The ideal candidate will build and develop a high-performing team that enables members to achieve their fitness goals while delivering a world-class experience.

Responsibilities:

• Build and develop a high-performing team that upholds VASA's core values and fosters accountability.
• Increase acquisition of new and improve retention of existing personal training clients.
• Develop an agile personal training team to provide tailored programming for each client.
• Create an approachable environment in the Personal Training Cage by engaging with members and guests.
• Retain personal training clients by ensuring they receive exceptional value.
• Establish a supportive community for personal trainers and their clients.
• Attract new clients through building personal relationships with VASA members.
• Coach personal trainers on consultation techniques and suitable training packages.
• Contribute to achieving monthly sales targets for attracting new clients.
• Achieve monthly sales goals to support the team in meeting sales targets.
