Salary Range: $50,180 - $68,800 annually

Responsibilities

• Build and develop a high-performing personal training team.
• Increase acquisition of new personal training clients and improve retention of existing ones.
• Develop an agile team that can adjust programming according to clients' needs.
• Create an inviting environment in the Personal Training Cage to engage with members and clients.
• Retain clients by delivering exceptional value in personal training services.
• Foster a supportive community for personal trainers and clients.
• Attract new clients by building personal relationships with VASA members.
• Coach personal trainers on consultations and recommended training packages.
• Collaborate with the team to achieve monthly sales targets and goals.
